Did you try long press (20s) on power button ?
same on reset ?
power + reset ?
are you sure the button is correctly pressed (nothing moved when closing back the case) ?
October 7, 2017 at 8:37 am #73120I tried I think all the possible variants … I think I did some sort of short on the motherboard, I do not know … I tried to buy a new motherboard, but they do not get parts. Even if it is my fault, banggood.com said I would try to repair it locally and they give me the money on the repair (if it is a resumable amount). All I want is to fix it, even only on my own money, because I used the tablet very short time and I’m sorry to throw it in the trash.
October 8, 2017 at 5:07 pm #73172I had an issue like this. I left the tablet on until it ran out of battery, and it would not power back on after recharging. Well it did, but the screen was totally blank (off), the hdmi out didn’t work but i heard windows sounds, so the OS was running.
How I got it working again.
I left it alone to run the battery to zero. I then charged it for 24 hours or so not touching it. I took it off the charger and then (my memory is a bit hazy, it was a while ago) pressed reset for about 5 seconds and either it came on, or i pressed the power after the reset and it came on.
Give this a go, it worked for me.
October 15, 2017 at 1:14 pm #73418I almost got a similar issue but long pressing the power button until something happened did the majik …never give up on these electronics if ur a tech geek .. … and for those looking into the thermal mod option I’d rather you go the software route and get the issue sorted … Just go to advanced battery settings and reduce the processor %
October 28, 2017 at 7:44 pm #74053After I “repaired” it to a local service, it does not work at all, it’s completely dead. Now I can sell it for components, because apart from the motherboard, the rest is good. I ordered the same table again but at a special price, thanks to the kind of banggood.com courtesy. This time I’ll be very careful when I’m going to make modding for heat transfer and just put a heat pad between the CPU heatsink and the back case of the tablet. Other information; It has screen with wacom technology and works with old stylus from laptop-tablet. I’ve tested with stylus from the HP Elitebook 2710p and the Fujitsu LifeBook T3010 and it works with pressure sensitivity. I attach two pictures with the motherboard, may interest somebody how it looks …
