    I tested on the Windows side, the GPS seems to be OK – I downloaded a few GPS apps from Windows Store and all of the get GPS data.

    Would this be because I am using custom ROM?  I am using Mirek’s V5.o.

    Sorry I keep on answering my own questions.

    I decided to give Mirek’s V4.1 for Android 5.0 a try, the GPS is now OK.
