    Hi

has anyone tried dosbox gaming on atom based dual os tablet? I’m big fan of dos games and I’ve tried dosbox emulator with Master of magic game on my galaxy S3 but it’s to slow and in comparison to desktop cpus, i’ve read on net that S3 cpu Exynos 4412 Quad is at level of Pentium1 90mhz??? It sounds ridiculous but the performance of dosbox games is actually even slower that P1 90mhz…

I was thinking that atom, as it is x86-64 cpu, should be able to handle dos way better than Exynos?

So could someone test performance of dosbox on atom cpu in both andorid and windows OS and share their observations?

I can’t test it as I don’t have a Atom tablet (but maybe buy one).

Atom should be at least 2x as fast as the S3 in DOSBox.

My phone (Snapdragon 801, 32bit) is as fast as a Atom X5, and all DOS games I have tested were pretty well playable.
