Downloading apps on Android part of X98Pro

I have just purchased an X98Pro but I have not been able to find the “app installer icon” (as described in manual) on the Android part and hence I cannot download any apps to make it more usable e.g.read attachments to my emails etc.
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.
