Hi, very easy. Go into the Mi apps, app. In there search google. You’ll find a file to download, download it and then run it. It’s the google installer and it will install Google play store, framework, contacts sync, all working on the Mi Max 3 and any MIUI 9.X Android 8.1 ROMs.
