    Hi All,

I’ve got a Teclast x98 air 3g that came loaded with Windows 10. I had to restore and when I did, the driver for screen rotation was gone. I downloaded the Kionix KXCJ9 Accelerometer driver and all was good. Now, I’ve reset again, and this time I can’t seem to get the driver to work. Before, it seems like I was able to just click on something in the folder and the driver installed- worked perfectly. Now, I can’t click on anything, but instead I’m just loading the driver from the update driver utility. It is loading fine, but after the restart, it is not fixing the problem.

    Any ideas?

Did you put the driver in the right directory ?
Perhaps you need it in both the windows “inf” folder and in “system32/drivers”.

I’m a rookie at this. Here is what I did: I unzipped the driver and it was in my download folder. I then went to “update device drivers” in the control panel. I pressed Sensors I/O devices and found the Kionix Accelerometer driver. I did a manual search for driver and updated to the latest one. Did I miss a step on it? It seems to update fine, but won’t bring back the automatic rotation of the screen and the accompanying icon.

    Thanks for any help
