    while doing an upgrade for minor fixes in android, it seems to have crashed the android part of tablet, it keeps rebooting to no command lying robot.  The windows os side seems fine.  Where I bought the tablet online, they emailed me  to go to http://www.51cube.com/ch/DownShow.asp?ID=320 , download it and reinstall it.  Since I cannot read chinese, is anyone familiar with what this does? Does this wipe out both android and windows?  Can someone post instructions on how to fix just the andorid part?  Thank you.

    also did factory reset and wipe partition  but that did not fix

    Yes it will wipe everything.
