    I have dual boot, but even with nothing on it, it’s not able to update because the storage space is so pitiful. I never use android, can I wipe it and give that space back to windows so that the tablet actually functions? Thanks.

    your HI12 must be 64gb right ? if you wipe android you will got 40+gb storage. just read previous post you can get the answer there. too many work to do you have to install back all driver.
