Well, yes, it happens. It seems to be a simple and understandable application or software, but for some reason it is difficult to figure out how to do some kind of action.

Oh man, I’d love to give you some advice, but I don’t know much about the subject at all. The only thing is, I googled what salesforce is and generally looked for information on your question and found an article on how to export contacts from salesforce. Look, does it suit you? In general, there really are situations when you need to do a simple action, but it doesn’t work out.
