    I have a Chuwi RETINA Hi-12. I bought an external dvd drive. It works perfectly on my windows7 laptop. But it don’t work with windows10 devices (Chuwi Hi12 and ACER one 10 S 1002). The external dvd drive is detected by the tablets, but can not read, either movie dvd, data dvd nor blank dvd. Is there any solutions for this issue ?
