I have a hi 10 pro + keyboard. I cannot get the computer to recognize external HDs. I tried a couple, a WD and a Seagate. I am using the USB ports on the keyboard. It won’t read the HD in either remix or windows 10. But, it readily recognizes USB jump drives. When I go to devices and printers in windows 10, the ext HD is listed and when troubleshooting, it indicates there is no problem with the HD. I am stumped. Should I hook up the HD to a port on my tablet and not the keyboard and if so, why not? Appreciate any help from out there. The R
