Ezbook 2 touchpad issues

Hi everybody,

I started to set my Windows 10 and to check my fabolous ultrabook. Everything was ok for 20-30mins about, then the trackpad started to work randomly, the indicator had begin to go anywhere and then the trackpad had start to stop it. Also the keyboard decided to stop the right side once, i thought was a driver problem (i’m a computer technician), so i tried to reboot the notebook several times, I tried in safe mode, running a linux live distro and so on but nothing changed. The only way to have a trackpad newly perfect has been waiting for 20-30minutes. I think it’s a temperature trackpad problem or something like that because the trackpad start to be bad after I use it for a while.

 

Anybody with the same issue?

Maybe an update runing while you were using it, what Windows update indicate?

Thanks for your answer but absolutely not. As I told you before, the same problem appeared with no updates at all, itappears on a Linux live distro and it appears with the last windows 10 updates. Today I used it for 3  hours before the touchpad started to work randomly. And when this happens, the cpu percentage and memory don’t go over 40% anyway
