Have you tried holding the power button for a really long time like a solid 60 seconds?

The next thing I would try is taking the back panel off and disconnecting the battery for 1 min and then reconnecting it and powering it on, if you are comfortable opening the notebook up. While you have it open, also check all the ribbon cables are secure. Maybe one came loose when you picked it up.

hi sorry for my late feedback… just managed to open it and removed the battery cable. The pc came to life, rebooted it 3 times and it started fine, but now it won´t start again after I shut it down normally. Any thoughts? Is my unit defective?

    Hi guys,

I have unfortunately same problem. I was working on it, when suddenly it did power off and it doesn’t want to power on anymore. Removing the battery cable didn’t help at all.

I am going to write to aliexpress jumper official store, where I bought it, and will see, how they gonna handle it.

I wish your units longer life.

Quick update: False panic.  laptop not dead yet! 🙂

It seems like I have problem with power cable, bad connection so unit doesn’t charge. I noticed that the red led next to power socket blinked at one moment, and that sent me into right direction.

hi…yesterday revived mine for the 5th time, did a factory reset and the jumper worked great for about 1h, did the routine of power on/power off for 3 times; no issues. Tried for a 4th time and then stopped working. Mine is faulty, I´m sure of it… 🙁

I have the same problem with the Jumper.  Two days ago it worked fine. And now it will not start. Can you please help me.

Edit: Ok it helped, to open it, remove the batterie and put it back in some mins later.

    Now its running fine again!

When technical problems and hardware failures in Greece cause you stress, the best solution is to find an outlet that always works. Instead of struggling with defective laptops and cables, I made a quick move that won me the big jackpot at playjonny. This success was the ultimate “reboot” for my financial comfort, offering the security I needed without any technical glitches. It proved that while machines might fail, a smart choice on a reliable platform can deliver guaranteed results.
