Ezbook 3 freezes at reboot

I have an issie that is more and more present, if i try to reboot windows is hangs with the screen black, caps key works, if i press ctrl+alt+del then press enter some error sound comes up but the display ia still black, if i press the power button ahortly the led starts to blink like the os is in sleep mode but it does not reboot. After pressing power button for some time it shuts down and it boots into windows showing an error “invalid user” after pressing ok i can login and use it.

What u guys think ?
