Ezbook 3 pro SSD not working

Hi,

I bought M.2 SSD to add to my ezbook 3 pro (link)

the computer does recognize it and good, but when tryin to initialize it or format it I get I/O error.

does that mean that the SSD is corrupted ??
I tried inserting the SSD with angle and horizontal, and both got the same result.

tried to format it using diskpart with no help.

also tried from Paragon Home and without success.
