Ezbook 3 pro v.4 windows loading failure

Hello! I’ve just bought (3 weeks)  Ezbook 3 pro v.4, it worked only half a day, then – the blue screen and windows can’t be loaded (picture 1). In BIOS windows boot manager disapeared (picture 2) Managed to reinstall Windows and drivers, but the result is the same – notebook works for only an hour and then again the blue screen, windows loading failure.

Can you please recommend  something me to make it work.

The fact that you are able to reinstall Windows makes me think it could be user error, rather than a hardware defect.

Other than that, I don’t really know how to help you with this limited amount of information. Are you running on the internal eMMC or did you put in an SSD? If you’re running on the eMMC, you could do a disk health check – though I doubt it will turn up anything.

There’s no SSD, Windows can be reinstalled not each time, while installation the windows setupper can’t see where to install (picture 3) It seems eMMC doesn’t work all the time, most of the time doesn’t work(((
