    I had the same error and couldnt find a solution… In another forum they mentioned that the EFI driver is missing.

    Yeah i wont order this shit again. I mean mine had 20 hours use in total… That EFI shell is a common Problem if you search the inet, but there isnt any solution out there.

    Thanks guys!

    The only solution I could gather is to reinstall the BIOS. The hold up to that is, I am unable to find a Version 3 BIOS dump. The .rar file attached under download have BIOS versions from V4 and above. Is there any one (running on 3rd version) who could perhaps take a backup of their BIOS and share the same?

    This is turning out to be the worst purchase I have ever made

    That with the BIOS isnt a solution because i flashed the unlocked BIOS from Giovanni and the original BIOS.

    This specific model is a version 3 and i keep getting an error about startup.nsh couldn’t be found. Resetting BIOS doesn’t work. It seems like I would have to reinstall BIOS from scratch but I am unable to find the BIOS file and any instructions on how to flash the BIOS using a USB stick. Methods I have tried (and failed)

    IMHO, very strange decision – your BIOS started so it’s not damaged, but there is no uefi loader to complete OS bootup process. What options do you see under BIOS “Save & Exit” tab in ‘Boot Override’ section?

    Have you tried to install Windows 10 on it? Format the eMMC or install an SSD and install?

    EZbook 3 Pro & Jumper went backwards after V4
