Hi, I don’t have sound in the speakers (EZBook 3 Pro v6). Only a quiet click in the left speaker. Is this a problem in the driver or something else? In the device manager I see only Realtek HD audio and Audio Intel for display.

That is what I did after install the Realtek HD audio driver 2.82 (600+MB). Not sure if it is even needed? I have checked the audio before installing the driver.

I don’t have any unrecognized devices with unknown drivers. I checked the Intel Driver assistant, all drivers are up-to-date. So I can decide not to bother as my sound is working perfect.

But I’m missing the Realtek HD audio Manager icon in the taskbar, kind of saying that the hardware is not there…. That made me think.
