Hi guys,
apparently there’s another new model coming besides the EZbook 3 Plus that was recently announced without much noticing of Chris or the community.
It’s called the EZbook 3L Pro and features the same specs as the normal 3 Pro with the only difference being a 14 inch Full HD screen. Otherwise, it looks exactly the same. I guess the “L” stands for “large”.

What do you guys think about it? I personally say the price difference (~ 80€ or so) to the EZbook 3 Plus is too big to justify only a slightly bigger screen without any improved specs whatsoever.
July 23, 2017 at 10:48 pm #69589If it’s priced the same or on another $219 flash sale it will be worth it. If the screen is better and the touchpad too, could be the best Apollo Lake laptop around. Not sure I’ll review it at this point. I’ve just got the Tbook4 on the way coming this week which looks like this same model but in grey.
And the Onda oBook 31 Pro (Apollo Lake Pentium N4200) that should be here soon too. So two more to review and then maybe one more and I’m done with this spec of laptop. Looking forward to the EZBkoo 3 Plus more with 8GB of RAM and Core M3 7Y30.

Next up for review:
Ordered and waiting for my: BMAX S15 & Teclast F6 Plus
Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30July 24, 2017 at 7:29 am #69598That’s true, on a flash sale it might get more interesting. I completely overlooked that this one has an actual SSD in it and not only EMMC storage (that’s what they claim atleast).
Hopefully the Onda oBook 31 Pro doesn’t have any heat issue, the Pentiums can get quite hot.
The Plus model is definitely on my list, but I’m still waiting for it to go on a reasonable flash sale. 400€ seems too overpriced to me. It will replace my good old pal the Lapbook 14.1.
October 7, 2017 at 6:55 pm #73143I just noticed that the specs say the 3L has a battery that is TWICE the size of the 3Pro. Could this be true???
Nevermind. Found out the 3 Pro also has a 9600 mAh battery so it’s the same as the 3L. Which means the 3L should have lower battery life with the slightly larger screen.</span>October 9, 2017 at 10:31 am #73193It probably does not have an IPS screen. Battery life should be a bit worse with that slightly bigger screen.
I like the grey touchpad, the black one in the 13.3 inch Version makes the Laptop look cheaper.
