at first my specs:
EZBook 3Pro V4, received at the beginning of november, 2017
WLAN – intel AC 3165, latest driver installed via the “driver-installaton-toll” from intel
Touchpad – synaptics driver installed
First Problem: the Wlan Card isn recognized at every start up. Sometimes I have to reboot for nearly 10 times until the WIFI symbol shows up and the WLAN card is detected. When the sign do not show up, the device manager says “not connected”. Does another on of you altought had this problem too?
Second Problem: after closing the lid for about 5 seconds, (it is set up that the laptop should do nothing when the lid is closed) and I re-open it, the touchpad do not work. I can touch the touchpad and move my finger but the mouse still freeze. Please tell me, if you have made any simmiliar experience.
