ezbook stays hot on standby!

hi guys, the ezbook stays pretty hot when put on standby, right on the back of the camera. I don’t know what’s happening inside, but it drains the battery much faster than it should.
Does it happen to any of you? What can I do?

This happens with my unit also, no idea how to fix it. The area behind the webcam is hot not only on standby but all the time the computer is on. And it stays that way even with the notebook closed, right until the battery dies.

What is cpu usage like?

Cpu usage is normal windows idle 0-2%. When the computer is closed I obviously cant see the cpu usage, but I can confirm that the area around cpu is perfectly cool on standby, while the area behind the webcam is warm to the touch. I also went ahead and disabled the webcam in the device manager but it didnt help.
