EZBook X1 Power Supply Fussyness

Have lost the powe supply and tried several generic usb-c chargers that supply the correct voltage and ampage (12v 2a) but the laptop refuses to even light any charging LEDs let alone turn on. Have found a few scattered posts of people having the same problem. Are these locked to the manufacturer power supply (HP did this with usb-c chargers) and if so any idea where i can buy an official charger?

Emails to Jumper have gone ignored and i cant find them trading anywhere.
