Hi guys,

I’m not very tech savvy so please bear with me and be kind.

My EZBOOK will power on but when I come to sign in the usual sign in box doesn’t appear and it simply takes me in a loop back to the pretty scenery pic on the front screen. I’ve turned it off and left it, restarted it but that’s the limit of my capabilities I’m afraid. HELP!!! 😱
