    Hello everyone!
A few days ago I replaced the battery of my EZbook X4 with a new one:

    • brand:  LOSONCOER.
    • model: TH140A  AK14
    • specs:   6000mah, voltage 7.6V, Charge Limit: 38Wh.

Now, the battery looks good but I had a very big problem:

When the battery goes to 1% and the pc automatically shuts down, if I turn on the PC, it stays on with a fixed percentage of 0% for a very lot of time (for example even 1 hour from the start of 0%, with maximum brightness, maximum performance and many open programs).

I tried to do a battery report and it gives me:

    COMPUTER NAME DESKTOP-UIE5UL5
    SYSTEM PRODUCT NAME Jumper EZbook
    BIOS ZB-BI-14-S133GR110-GA65A-035-A 03/19/2018

Information about each currently installed battery
    BATTERY 1
    NAME SR Real Battery

    SERIAL NUMBER 123456789
    CHEMISTRY Real
    DESIGN CAPACITY –
    FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 46.000 mWh

Could it be a problem related to the recognition of the battery through the bios?
