Ezbook X4 WiFi

Hello everyone!

I have a weird problem. I bought my brand new Jumper Ezbook X4 with IPS panel 1 month ago from gearbest.

But… My wireless card (Intel Dual Band AC-3165) stopped working! Card disappeared from my control panel.

Okay, i reinstalled my windows 10 and card is not there still.

But… This card is using bluetooth too and bluetooth module is working properly! What is going on?

I tried reinstall drivers, netsh commands on cmd, reinstalled twice – with updates and without updates.

Is it possible that half of my card died? Maybe is it only windows 10 bug and someone has clean windows 10 backup from this notebook.

Please, it’s very important to me to have a wifi access…

Hmm..sprawdź czy nie nie jest włączony tryb oszczędzania baterii w ustawieniu karty. Jak blueetoth działa to nie padła. Tylko złe sterowniki wgrałeś i pewnie systemowe aktualizowałeś sterowniki pewnie?

Jaką masz wersję windows 10? bo ten najnowsze robią wiele problemy z WIFI i głośnikami.

It could be possible it died, boot a linus USB image and see if Wifi works. If it doesn’t that would confirm it’s (sadly) dead.
