Hey, I have a laptop for almost 1 year and recently my EZbook 3 Pro with  Intel wireless AC 3165 just lost WiFi module.

I have original(that was shipped with laptop) Windows 10 installed. And also I have SSD 256GB, where I have Ubuntu installed. So in both OS’s, there is no WiFi module. But the bluetooth works – and as I understand it is in the same chip/module as wifi.

For the first time, I only had troubles on Ubuntu with network speed (802.11n), but upgrading kernel solved the issue. But I’ve never had any problems with WiFi on Windows. I also booted Manjaro and the result is the same – no WiFi device.

For me – it seems like the WiFi module is dead. How can I confirm it? Did anybody have the same issue?
