Try to restore drivers first.

November 13, 2016 at 5:52 pm #56875Thank you nicolas for your help. How do i do that? Using the Double Driver and the EZpad 5S driver dump that’s available here in the downloads section? Or is there an alternative method.
November 13, 2016 at 8:16 pm #56884Yes, download these drivers. Install on the tablet Double driver. When thats done, open Double driver, select restore, select the drivers you want to restore, and restore it! After restarting the tablet, you will see if it’s fine!

November 14, 2016 at 7:25 pm #56933Hello again.
I tried to restore the drivers on the Bluetooth and Net folders, and there were some errors, see images below.
I used de Double Driver portable version available in the downloads section, and the EZpad 5S driver’s dump that’s also there. Restarted the tablet and the the problem is the same. I scan the system with Double Driver but only one Net driver shows up it the list, no Bluetooth and no Broadcom.
I don’t understand what’s happening.
My version is 1511 and the OS build is 10586.0Thank you for your time.

November 14, 2016 at 8:02 pm #56939Wich ones an i suppose to uninstall? There’s only one Net related driver in the Double Driver scan of my system. Microsoft Kernel something.
I don’t know what else to do.November 15, 2016 at 3:58 am #56946In device manager, try to uninstall the drivers with “!”. After restart, launch double driver and restore the drivers you uninstalled before. It’s what I should do.

November 15, 2016 at 4:04 am #56947Hello.
The only driver that shows up like that on my tablet, is the Broadcom serial bus driver over UART bus enumerator, i will uninstall it ASAP, but in the drivers dump that’s here in the downloads section that driver doesn’t show.
Do I install a different driver?November 15, 2016 at 8:46 pm #56984Hello again.
I uninstalled the Broadcom serial bus driver over UART bus enumerator a first time and when i restarted the tablet, but after that it was still there. I uninstalled it again and deleted after installing, installed it but there was an error during that process, that is shown on the photo.
I am at a loss here.
Is it possible to restore from a working image of the HDD?Attachments:

November 17, 2016 at 9:19 am #57048Hello again.
I’ve tried several times but it always gives that error? Is it possible that the driver i’m using is corrupt. In the drivers dump that’s here in the downloads section the Broadcom serial bus driver over UART bus enumerator isn’t available, i’m using a drivers dump that someone posted on the forum.November 17, 2016 at 11:20 am #57056@ahlidap i’ve used the folder that’s in your driver dump. In fact that was the only place i found the Broadcom serial bus driver over UART bus enumerator driver. And still there’s an error installing. Does your tablet work ok? Is it possible for you to do a image of your eMMC and I use it?
November 17, 2016 at 11:53 am #57057Hi @grandamaluk,
my tablet works perfectly!
Sorry but I can’t do that because it will contain personal info and accounts.Could you have something wrong / disabled in the BIOS?
I (temporarily) lost wifi, sound, …. when I changed some options in BIOS to try things in Linux..I can attach some screenshots of my BIOS settings if you need.
Try to look for some devices with the “ACPI” or “SOC” words in the device manager, and try to update the drivers with the ones from my backup.
You may have the right wifi/bt drivers but the system can’t reach the hardware (BUS).Why not trying to do a fresh windows 10 install?
(
please do a backup of your drivers first, like I did mine with the PowerShellopen power shell as administrator and run: Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination C:\DriverBackup
)You will probably not loose anything.
I’m a step of doing that to have a clean system.Regards
November 17, 2016 at 3:40 pm #57068Thank you @ahlidap for your help. I understand that you can’t do what i asked. I haven’t altered the BIOS, but there could be a problem there so it could be helpful to see how yours is. They’re indeed some ACPI and SOC items in my device manager but i don’t know what they are!
If i don’t resolve the problem, the next step will probably be a clean install of the W10, but if o don’t have all the drivers installed how can i do a backup that would work afterwards?
I’m not worried about losing information because i don’t have any data or information on the tablet. -
