I have a 2 month old Teclast F6 Pro which to date I have been charging using a multi socket USB C PD charger. Today when I have come to turn it on, the blue power light flashes 3 times but nothing happens. When I connect the USC C PD cable the charging LED doesn’t light up, but when I connect a standard USB C CABLE (plugged into one of the standard sockets on the USB PD charger) the charging light does light up, but the laptop still won’t switch on.
I am travelling away from home at present and do not have the Teclast power charger which came with the laptop here, and don’t have access to another USB C to USB C cable. Is there anything I could try to get it working? And can anyone suggest what the problem may be (I’m assuming it’s USB cable or battery related)?
