The only thing you can do is disable the annoying gestures. There’s also a way to get Windows to recognize it as a “precision touchpad” mentioned in the 4PDA forum, which may help, I haven’t tried it yet. With the gestures disabled I find the touchpad usable, if not ideal.

Apparently there is some issue with driver when tablet goes sleep. Clean boot (not from suspend) have no problem with touchpad, strange things happen when I suspend and resume from sleep.

That solution is for ghost touches on the touch screen. But great if it works on the keyboard touchpad too. I’ve never noticed ghost touches on the touchpad.
