I wonder if all the tablets that ship with the blue USB 3 ports are slightly later revisions and they are the ones that are 64bit?

Hey folks, new to the forum, so greetings to all. Received my Hi 10 today.
Had a bad experience with Bestgear, the avoided questions related to tech
problems, I was very polite/professional, yet insisted on assurances of
quality control & 64 bit, after 2nd ticket they promptly cancelled both
of my orders, claiming it was in “my” best interest…
Bought same unit @ BANGGOOD for less plus 10% coupon.
Purchased on Dec. 31 st , delivered to my door today, Jan. 8
Have not had time to do more than inspect for damage and boot up.
I have purchased a better charger & usb cable, seems the stock
charger as well as cable are rather cheesy and could be creating issues.
Will follow up ASAP on “first impressions”.. Cheers

Removed from package, system booted , windows seemed fine. Shut down thru start menu.
Tried several hours later when I had time to check things more thoroughly and it will
not boot. Charge it over night and it still will not boot. I hooked up a keyboard
and was able to get into BIOS, but cannot see the problem. Ant suggestions??
    Thanks

Hi, I would like to ask those pepole, who have a original docking keybord with tablet. Can you recommend me any case? I would like to properly protect my chuwi.

I think that original keyboard is enough to protect my tablet, so I am not using anything else.

    Hi guys,

my Chuwi Hi10 arrived yesterday from gearbest EU warehouse.
My unit is with Serial number HI10- HI10 42151101029-3000 came with windows 10 32bit, so I followed instruction at “http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-15-1-1.html” and updated it to windows 10 64bit.
I’m really unhappy with this product, as is not working as intended:
    – it does shut down without any reason, even with 40% of residual charge
    – if I try to connect external hard disk it shut down
It’s NOT a reliable product, I’d like to know if anyone founded a solution to this problem or if I’ll have to ask a refund to gearbest.
    Thank you for you time,
    Kyaputen Katsura
