As you all know some custom ROMs limit our A5C8’s rear camera to 2MP instead of the 5MP that the hardware offers, but luckily I found a very easy fix!
Make sure you have root & root explorer and download the attachment below
1-Go to the root of your device and backup and delete the following files:
/system/etc/camera_profiles.xml
/system/etc/camera3_profiles.xml
2-Copy the attached files to “/system/etc/” and set permissions “rw-r-r” for both files;
3-Go Settings:Aplications:All:Camera and clear data and cache;
4-Reboot and enjoy your 5MP camera on Mirek’s ROM!
