In my case this doesn’t work anymore haha…

I flashed so many Bios versions, and different drivers, and I was only able to get it right ONCE! Then I was so happy, and decided to install clean, but I forgot the sequence to get it right, or what I did to get it right.

I think, first I installed Windows 10 clean, went to safe mode, and used double driver to install the Widnows 8.1 buckup drivers from download section, as well as the touch driver installer from there as well as the Sleadtouch or whatever drivers, and THEN flashed the dual Bios older version from the download section, and then tried the touch driver again in that sequence to finally get it right… I know it doesn’t make sense, but I do believe the right BIOS for the right model, as well as the right sequence of driver installation is key.

I don’t know if that sequence will work, I tried so many, but I can’t get it right again.

1.install dual bios from win8 section

    2.download win 10 home version 1151

    3.create bootable usb by rufus

4.install it then download double driver

5.download win 8 double drivers 77mb from section win 8

    6.install from double driver

    7.then touch it works

Thanks you for that, I do believe that works for other people, but not for me right now… I have a 32g version CWI505, and I really was able to get it right before, I just forget what exactly I did.

I do know that touch in my tablet ONLY works under the Dual BIOS j1D version from the download section here under Windows 8.1.

Heck, I was even able to make it work with a modified version of Windows 10 Enterprise N, that I used to remove all bloatware, and spysoftware off of, and it runs super fast! And it happened to be the copy where I was able to get all drivers and touch work properly!, but then I formatted to try again, and forgot how I did it, lol…

Right now I can do it like you say, but the touch is crazy and uncalibrated… I try to calibrate of course, but to no avail. I tried safe mode installation of Touch drivers installer to fix it, as well as Signature enforcement off, but it dowsn’t fix the uncalibrated touch.

Righw now I’m trying to remove those drivers manually, and installing manually, and also using Ultimate Genesis pack, and other drivers from the download section, but I can’t get the touch to calibrate correctly :(.

I know the solution must be so simple in my case, but I can’t get it yet.

Hi. I have installed all drivers like on viedeo but i don’t have touch…

In  deviace status I have info:

Nie można uruchomić tego urządzenia. (Kod 10) (Can’t run this device. (code 10))

The device returned an invalid HID descriptor.

Maybe someone have any ideas how i can fix this problem ??

That is most likely because you updated your BIOS before… if you have a 32g edition, you need to flash the file “V1032G Dual Boot BIOS111 (8.2 MiB)” from the Windows 8.1 download section here…

Just unzip it, and get any pendrive formatted in FAT32, and just move all the files inside the folder to it, and the restart the tablet, press ESC, and go to Boot manager, and boot off that pendrive to flash that Bios.

Do this at your own risk though!!!

    Oh, ok, nevermind.

All I know is that I have seen that error before:

” (Kod 10) (Can’t run this device. (code 10)) The device returned an invalid HID descriptor.”

But it only happens to me when I flash Bios G1D, and I have to flash the older Bios J1D (V1032G Dual Boot BIOS111 (8.2 MiB)), and install the correct “Chuwi Vi10 Touch Drivers Installer (74.5 KiB)” file in order to make it work.

But again, experiment at your own risk.

Also… after flashing Bios, you HAVE to go to Bios options in SCU (press Esc during boot up), and change boot options to Windows first, instead of Android, otherwise Windows corrupts.

Also, you HAVE to go to safe mode in order to install the drivers with double driver, otherwise the drivers will hang, and may cause a bootloop as well.
