You were on the right track. Don’t rely too much on the text, just follow the pictures. I managed to install it properly, but I have the Core M3 model and, as you’d expect, it sent my device into a bootloop.

Anyway, at step 4, there are no more files to open. After you load the file that the picture shows, just press the button at the bottom of the software window (it’s shown in a picture in the instructions). After that you just copy the remaining files onto your USB drive and it can be used as a bootable drive.

Installing the drivers manually after a clean windows install is extremely difficult and quite unreliable for several of the components, but it IS possible. If you can’t go the OS flash route, you can try that alternatively.

I’ve been facing similar issues for two weeks with my device as well. Just follow my solution in the future: NEVER buy another Voyo device again  😛

Hey, thanks for the reply.  Got frustrated and walked away from it again for a couple weeks after I last posted.

Anyway, I was fighting with it again today and still can’t get it to work.  I went out and bought a brand new USB drive just to be sure there that wasn’t the problem.

The issue is that the “WinPE64” file flat out doesn’t load.  I follow the pictures and when you get to step 4 where you need to load that file, it refuses to actually load.  Just to clarify, I am stuck at this step :

The picture seems to be suggesting that after I load “WinPE64”, my UltraISO window should look like the second example in this picture.  But mine doesn’t.  My UltraISO window looks exactly the same.  Nothing changes.  It is completely empty exactly like in the first example in this picture.

I’ve tried multiple USB flash drives.  I’ve tried multiple versions of UltraISO including cracked and trial English versions.  Still won’t work.

I have tried assuming the example pictures are possibly inaccurate and just continuing on with the instructions.  I can get to the next step and the program will say it is writing the partition, but I see no evidence any data is actually transferred to the USB.  No hidden boot partition is ever created.

Thanks for whatever advice you got.  I’m just about ready to chuck this piece of garbage into the street.  Absolutely never touching anything made by Voyo again.

I should have my v3 ultrabook tomorrow according to the tracking info, I have all the files I could get my hands on from voyos site and an english version of the software they use (Ive used it for custom win7 usb’s in the past) Ill figure out a restore/re-image solution and post a step-by-step possibly with pictures either here or elsewhere and post the link.  I am definately looking forward to letting the bored tinkerer within out of the cage, been wrenching on cars too much lately. Lol

Benny, if you load the winpe64.iso and you dont see a file called boot.wim appear on the right half of the screen, I would suggest trying to re-download that file (winpe64.iso).  I verified the chinese tutorial as far as I could (right up to the writing it to USB) and I will be doing a step-by-step for that, I can also provide a downloadable zip with a video tutorial if that would help more, however I plan on just doing a step-by-step as well a video for now, no downloadable unless I get requests for it.

Ok good news and bad news, good news is I managed to get Win10 re-installed and everything working, bad news is I managed to brick my laptop while looking through the EFI settings. I still have all the files I used, for windows I juat got thr media creation tool and installed from scratch, then used drivers from the original install as well as a couple from here, Ill make a zipped image if you want.
