power issues, i have the same thing, it is better now after 10-15 cycles. in the start i had the same symptoms including randomly powering off. Since there are alot of people that dont have this issues i think the batteries are to blame on some tablets only.

see if you get this sort of problems with and without the charger connected as well. try another charger with atleast 2 amps.

    Hi

it happens mostly on battery but it happened when the charger is plugged.

I tried to update the display driver from windows device manager it worked at first but after sometime the driver kept crashing so I rolled backthe driver to the original driver.

I’m using a samsung note 3 charger with 2 amp out to charge the tablet.

I hope these problems frequency would decrease with time and a solution could be found.

    Hi all,

Experiencing similar issues with my Hi10 after, occurred when first plugging into charger. Powering screen on and off seems to help, but doesn’t I’ve read that one should throw out the stock charger, and get a proper one — any particular specs that I should be looking out for? The stock one IS 2 amps, as you mentioned above.

    Hello,

I have the same issue. Did anyone find a solution?
