    when i installed windows 10 via usb i was able to use the touch screen to navigate the installation.

    for what ever reason yours isnt working, you may need a hub to connect a mouse as well.

    I did a fresh install of Win 8.1 Pro this morning and had no touch screen support, too. But using an USB-hub with mouse and keyboard + a USB Stick  with the  tablet is no problem.

    Regarding USB 3, I used the driver Package from the XDA-Dev Forum and had no problems what so ever. Everything works fine and all internal Hardware was correctly installed.

    I’ve just clean installed, and all is working well. Just used a USB hub.

    Also got the drivers for the downloads section on this site.
