I’ve never experienced the problem you described while watching video on YouTube, however I did load up a video on fox.com and the video is indeed choppy in Edge, Chrome, and IE11. I pulled up the same video on my surface pro and played better but not great. I have to assume its the player they are using.
April 7, 2016 at 1:05 am #32337I can watch Youtube videos without problems on any of them but not in full screen. Fox.com videos and others like that are no good. I think is windows 10.

Aren you sure its not a problem with your internet connection?
Maybe try vlc to play a video in full hd, should be no problem.April 7, 2016 at 11:06 pm #32599My internet connection is pretty good. If I download a video in my Hi12, I can play it with VLC perfectly. The problem is with all browsers but only in full screen.
This is killing me!?
April 8, 2016 at 3:52 am #32609Try this with chrome h264ify
Try h264ify if YouTube videos stutter, take up too much CPU, eat battery life, or make your laptop hot. By default, YouTube streams VP8/VP9 encoded video. However, this can cause problems with less powerful machines because VP8/VP9 is not typically hardware accelerated.

This. It fixes it for Chrome. Thanks!
