Still a good choice, really the only difference is a bit heavier, thicker bezel (Not by much) and better speakers. Of course, the Tab S4 is much faster and if you got it for a good price I would be happy with it.
I can’t do a video with the S4 as I don’t have one. I’ve only used one briefly and did have it side by side with the S5e.
