I have made two orders in the past, that they have claimed would be shipped within a matter of days and 8 and 10 weeks later nothing. I called, complained, written 5+ emails and they act so nonchalant and blasee. Do you have an understanding why they drum up business and hold your money for weeks at a time only to refuse to proactivly inform their customers of their inability to deliver product.
