Any chance we could get Chris to divert from Chinese Tablets for a day or two and review the new GeekBox Open Source Dual-Boot Android+Ubuntu TV Box please? I want to see if the claim of the worlds fastest eMMC is for reals since it is using a Samsung part. Its also Dual-Boot but with Ubuntu this time around which would be even more interesting to see than the same old Windows 10 imo.
Its only $109.99, 4K@60hz ready, 2GB RAM DDR3L @ 1600mhz, and 16GB Samsung 5.0 eMMC @ 400Mbps claim, Dual Band WiFi AC, Gigabit Ethernet, External Antennas, etc etc. This sounds insanely interesting to say the very least. AND, not to mention its all Open Source and ready to be rooted to do with what you want. And did I mention priced right? Its only $109.99…. WOW
