What does HWinfo say? You can see the fan RPM info. But it should be on when 75 degrees C… Sounds like it could be faulty. That’s some bad luck. I would open it up and check the fan spins freely and it’s plugged in. OpeningĀ it doesn’t void the warranty as you’re meant to install a second SSD if you want. I once had a new laptop that the CPU fan didn’t work on it, it had some plastic from the assembly line in the fan blades and it didn’t move at all.
Easy fix and I didn’t have to RMA it! Hopefully something simple for you. Please let us know how you get on with some follow up posts.
