guide to F7 BIOS reset please

Hello,

My Teclast F7 seems to boot (somewhat) but the screen stays black. I am under the impression this may have to do with some BIOS settings I changed, which worked fine for weeks but ok. I am asking anyone with an Teclast F7 to post please instructions how to blindly reset the BIOS to optimised defaults (bit by bit instructions like push this button 3 times then enter 2 times etc). Bear in mind: I do have administritative password setup, so includuing that would be a massive help! Thank you so much, I cannot find pictures of the BIOS anywhere online.

If I recall correctly, you just have to unplug the battery and you’re good to go.
