I had no problem with mine. It activated without my having to do anything. I didn’t encounter an AutoKMS file! Have you tried running “sfc /scannow”, in case that shows up anything? If the hardware has been registered with Microsoft by Cube (???) then you could try a clean Windows 10 install, but you would lose your current win 10 installation unless you save a “System Image” first.
Thank you for the response. I did run “sfc /scannow”, but it found no integrity violations. I also considered about clean install, but would prefer not to have all the hassle installing drivers and reinstalling all the programs that I already set up. Well, if nothing else helps I’ll probably contact Microsoft about verifying the product key and after that contact the vendor.
I just received mine last week and re-installed windows last weekend without an issue. Nothing would surprise me though.
I would take pictures of the whole tablet showing the screens. Then file a dispute with the vender. They should be able to give you a product key that works.
