Have no Office 365

If you open the start menu, and type Office, there should be a Microsoft Office app (red globe icon).

If you click that you should get a message that this computer comes with a 1-year office 365 subscription, click here to activate.

Joshua, thank you for response.

 

There is red globe Office icon, but when I start it it says that I can get 1-month free trial and that’s it. No 1 year license.

Also I have Mobile Excel, Mobile Word in the start menu, but again it is read only version. It says that I have to upgrade(which is not free) to use full Mobile Office version.

I wonder if somebody have the same issue?

I send a message to Gearbest support center too, but no answer so far…

Any help will be appreciated!
