    Looks like a BIOS issue.

    I have exactly the same issue, only got this Tablet today. How do we fix?

    Was working fine prior to a shutdown. How do you switch it off, the only way I can reboot is to attach a usb keyboard  and ctrl alt del to reboot but always goes to efi shell as per your screenshot

    I just pressed the power button for a long time.

    Hello, I have the same error message you . The tablet had started under Windows 10 64bits then suddenly extinguished. At the next reboot , I got this message . Since not rebooted Windows , I always this message .
The Chinese salesman told me that it would be resolved thanks to a program. The manufacturer would work to create a video tutorial. I wait news.
