Help CHUWI DEAD :(

Chuwi vi 10 pro de 64Gb. Mi problema deriva de una serie de problemas. Actualice la bios y cuando se reinicio funcionaba todo bien menos el panel tactil. Intente de todo, software de fabrica, tutoriales, etc… Cuando creia que estaba casi my chuwi a muerto. Estaba intentado instalar el windows mediante los dos pendrives, me salido un mensaje error en el cual ponia que algo estaba desactivado ( no me acuerdo exactamente ya que hace tiempo que la di por muerta, pero la quiero reanimar ), en un intento tonto de solucionar el problema entre en al bios y active todo lo que habia desactivado. Cuando guarde la configuracion de la bios y reinice la chuwi me di cuenta que murio, el led ya no se enciende, la pantalla aun menos, no da señales de vida. En lo unico que me he fijado es que el procesador se calienta cuando intento encenderla y cuando vuelvo a intentar encenderla si la dejo un poco se enfria el procesador. Es como si la encenderia y la volveria a apagar.
Se que es una tonteria lo que he echo y si alguien me puede ayudar le estaria muy agradecido ya que estoy desesperado, no se que hacer.

The only way you’ll fix this is by opening up the tablet and using a CH341A BIOS programmer, a SOP8/SOIC8 clip + cable and maybe even a 1.8v adapter. You’ll then need to save your original BIOS so that you can extract your Windows 8.1 key. Once you’ve done that you can write the stock BIOS to the chip.

The BIOS files that Chuwi release are designed for specific revisions. By that I mean that Chuwi changes the internals every few months, which is why there’s an ID found at the bottom left of the tablet e.g. 221511 is day/year/month.

As an example, if I were to install e1f93389808e45ae375be9f9d0b8030f onto my 221511 revision then it breaks the front facing webcam. If I then reinstall d1138265c8e2825ddcf70b2e7dae2487 everything will be back to normal and there will be no “STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE” error.

You shouldn’t ever need to update the BIOS unless you’re upgrading from G1D_S165_205 to G1D_S165_206.

Estoy dispuesto a hacer lo que has dicho, pero no se como hacerlo. Si no es mucho pedir, podrías hacerme un tutorial de como programar la BIOS, o decirme donde puedo encontrar un tutorial?

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply.

There isn’t really a tutorial for this tablet and I’m not sure what type of BIOS chip it uses. If you could open up the tablet and take some pictures then I might be able to tell you what settings to use. Here’s the links for v1.18 of the program and it’s drivers.

Chrome is incorrectly blocking the website at the moment, so you might need to download the files elsewhere or use a different browser.

Ya he echo el peído de  CH341A BIOS programmer y SOP8/SOIC8 clip + cable.
Creo que las fotos se ven bastante bien.
Necesito algo mas?

If you lift up the metal plate under the black sticker then you might find some more chips. I’m hoping that the BIOS chip would be under there.

At the moment I could guess that it’ll be the ATMLH408-02DM chip, but I can’t find much info on it. Like I don’t know what it’s purpose is and what voltage it’s supposed to work at.

In the CH341A programmer I can see “ATMEL”, but nothing to support 02DM.
