    Hi, you need to sign up for a baidu accout for this one since it’s a large download. And use the baidu cloud download app. Have you tried using chrome to translate the page?

    Why not use Microsofts installation media creator tool? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
