    after a few minutes of starting windows on my x5 pro, the screen freezes and can not do anything. It only leaves this state if I turn it off with the physical button and start again. Someone has had this problem or someone knows how to fix it. The tablet is new and since the first time I turned it on it has always had the same problem.
    I hope someone can help me, I appreciate your help

    I have found the solution to my new teclast X5 PRO, what happens is that teclast loads as an operating system a windows image in a massive way to all its devices, this image contains many generic drivers and outdated, so you only need to update the drivers with the following software
