[HELP NEEDED] Freeze at Reset at 31%

Same thing is happening to me right now.  If I figure it out, I will post a solution.

So I did a hard reset on the tablet and then rebooted.  After the reboot it started at 1% and almost immediately went to 31% again.  I then left the tablet alone for about two hours and it moved to 35% and it’s slowly creeping up.

 

I think maybe the problem was that I closed the lid while resetting the first time (I have the keyboard dock too).  That typically puts the tablet into sleep mode and might have locked up the reset.

That is the slowest Windows 10 reset I’ve ever seen.  It finally got done but it took hours and hours.  Maybe eight total?

It’s because the eMMC is shit in the c-version you mosthly got a Toshiba in there. It has just 8-12mb/s writing speed. Or even worse if lots of small files are written to 50-100kb/s.

Mine is in 7% reseting at 1 hour or 2 till know

great, mine says error and i dot have a recovery disk, now it won’t boot, i selected windows, then the iwor restart over and over and over, but won’t boot. Help Please?!!

Did it finally finish the factory reset? How long did it take? And if it did not finish – what did you do next?
