    Hi,

    I ordered a cube i7 stylus on the 11.11 Ali sale. Shipped by DHL. Now I got a letter from customs, that they can not let it through, because there is no CE label (which is neccessary on all products in order to import to the EU) on it. They asked me to contact the seller to get it (a CE declaration ), or they will send it back.

    Anyone has experienced such before? Even on this forum there are users already received it without problems.

    Any help would be appreciated.
