it says ENG in the left bottom of your screenshots so changing to english should be easy.

 

as far as all the necessary drivers are concerned just go to the download section and download the doubledriver software and the diver archive and restore those. that should fix the no touch issue.

It says ENG in the corner because English is selected. It seems to be selection of keyboard layout. I can switch between ENG (English United States) and DAN (Danish). But changing it around has no effect whatsoever.

I somehow managed to get it to show another screen. Progress but I still don’t understand anything.
